The Sun Fire X4150 is an enterprise-class server that is fast, expandable and energy efficient. The Sun Fire X4150 can run Solaris(TM), Linux, Windows and VMware operating systems.
The Sun Fire X4150 offers both Dual-Core and Quad-Core Intel Xeon processors that range from 50W to 120W to match the customers' performance and energy requirements. It has up to twice the memory capacity, internal disk storage and integrated networking connectivity than other comparable systems in the industry.
The Sun Fire X4150 is designed with enterprise class features such as redundant and hot-swappable power supplies, cooling fans and disk drives. The embedded Lights Out Manager (embedded LOM) that comes standard at no extra cost enables the server to be managed and monitored locally or remotely.
