As one of the top two Linux distributions for servers, SUSE offers Sun customers that require Linux a compelling distribution for Sun's x64 product line based on AMD Opteron processors.
Each software license offering is subscription based and includes basic level support for SLES 9. This level of service provides access to SUSE's Linux Portal (web based self help), e-mail support, existing patches, and upgrades/updates. No technical phone support.
